Hi there

Giving my website a spring clean & will be adding you in as No.1 link on Accommodation. Really like your website!

Looking through, I noticed this query about lizards. These will be Common Lizards, which are found throughout the UK in heathy/sandy/scrubby areas. They like to bask in the sun during the day and hunt small insects. They hide on cold days and at night and hibernate through winter. Our only other lizards are Sand Lizard (a southern species and much rarer) and the legless Slow Worm.

I will try to reply directly to Joe.

All the best

Delightful - in every way. June 19-21

We loved staying here and intend to return - have already provisionally booked for next year.
July 16-23

What a fantastic cottage, location and even the weather was good! We have all thoroughly enjoyed a most relaxing visit and hope to return next year. July 30th Aug 6th

It is 7 am and I am sitting outside with my coffee. The birds are tweeting, the sun is getting higher in the sky and children are asleep - Bliss!
This is our second holiday at Myrtle this year and thank you for the warm welcome of flowers in the living room, wine and chocs. The weather has been stunning and we have spent much of our time in the bay - kyaking, swimming, and the taxi boat took us across the bay and we enjoyed a few hours on the otherside, sustained by supplies from the Bakehouse. It has been a wonderful week. August 19th

Can only repeat what the previous entries have already said, lovely cottage. Have stayed in several cottages over the years in Findhorn, and this has been the best. Will definitely stay here again. 27th August.

Lovely cottage and a lovely village. Loved every second. Aug Sept. 2010

What a lovely cottage, (our daughter) loved the little pink cup(!?) and seeing the dolphins playing in the sea. Would come back to Findhorn again.
